CNY 2015 Challenge #1: Avoid the list of popular CNY Food, not even ONE Bite … 

Popular CNY Food that I will avoid during 2015 CNY are:-

  1. Deep fried food
  2. Grill / Roasted Food
  3. Cookies / Junk Food
  4. Chinese Bacon
  5. Mandarin Orange & Tangerine
  6. Sweet Beverage

All 2 CNY 2015 challenges are only health related because to me , I find that health is wealth … no amount of wealth or business can buy good health …

    Thank you for putting up the challenge. I’ll take up the challenge except for the mandarin oranges (BTW why is it bad for health?)

    One of the reasons why I took up the challenge is bcos my juicer is collecting dust.

      oh … yaya, i get addicted to mandarin oranges and if eat a lot, will get itchy throat .. hahaah tat’s why i listed that as food to avoid
