February 15, 2015Thank you for putting up the challenge. I’ll take up the challenge except for the mandarin oranges (BTW why is it bad for health?)
One of the reasons why I took up the challenge is bcos my juicer is collecting dust.

February 16, 2015oh … yaya, i get addicted to mandarin oranges and if eat a lot, will get itchy throat .. hahaah tat’s why i listed that as food to avoid
