Errrr …. I didn’t study how to design task delegation structures or didn’t know about using any enterprise resource system for task delegation … I am not well trained in project management but this “remote & virtual management cum leadership” skill just comes naturally to me … I turned to Google Sites because it DOESN”T require any IT or technical skills to do it … Anyone can do it & that is why I would like to share all my knowledge in Google Sites with you here …

I (alone, one person, staying at home most of my time) am currently managing 3 projects handling 125 virtual resources partnering with Inti International University.. throughout the 15 weeks projects duration, I only meet them 3 times (kick off, mid checkpoint & final presentation) … i do not meet them regularly … so, how did they manage to produce excellent result without my physical guidance … ?

Answer is without Google Sites, it is nearly impossible , I have been using Google Sites for past 1 year … That is why I strongly encourage you to take time to understand Google Site. Happy Learning Google Sites in my 25 mins video today !!!
