In 2006, he led the Training Council in his organization to develop a unified training strategy, to innovate training techniques and methodologies to increase training effectiveness and reduce training costs
While working in The Nielsen Company, he was the Associate Director and held numerous regional and global positions covering key global projects & initiatives; Business Process Improvement; Global Innovation, Convergence, Automation and Integration; and Asia Pacific IT.
Currently, he is the General Manager and Managing Consultant of Quest Learning.
